All REVIVE pieces are made to order. Once your order is placed, it goes into production before shipping.

01 / SHIPPING

PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier. U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

TRACKING

You'll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

02 / RETURNS

MADE TO ORDER

Each REVIVE item is made specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wearrevive.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

If approved, we'll help with a replacement or refund.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. REVIVE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help before the order goes into production or ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is shipped, carrier delays may happen. If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help review the issue.
