This website is operated by REVIVE. Throughout the site, the terms “REVIVE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to REVIVE.
REVIVE offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through the site, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Some REVIVE garments may feature washed, distressed, vintage, pigment-dyed, snow-washed, or similar finishes. Slight variations between individual garments may occur and may be part of the intended appearance of the product.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Minor manufacturing tolerances may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, specifications, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
We may limit quantities available for purchase.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from REVIVE.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
- product availability;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- pricing or listing errors;
- payment issues;
- fulfillment limitations; or
- violations of these Terms.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Because some REVIVE products may be produced, printed, or prepared shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after processing has begun.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy.
Products purchased through REVIVE are intended primarily for personal use. Unauthorized commercial resale, reproduction, or misrepresentation of REVIVE products may be restricted where permitted by law.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.
REVIVE is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control. However, if your shipment is lost, damaged, misdelivered, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem, contact us at support@wearrevive.com and we will review the situation.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
